Camden New Journal - Letters to the Editor
Published: 16 October 2008

Hospital pain in neck

I VISITED the “blood” room in the Royal Free Hospital.
Since I was last there the seating has been rearranged. On the right, rows of three chairs, on the left one long row of seats. By the time I entered the room to have my blood taken (40 minutes wait) I needed a neck massage for the crick which had developed, because the machine showing which number came next is on the wall behind the long row of seats.
I KEMP, Sherlock Road, NW3
